Across Punjab, the “Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme” program’s first balloting and luck draw is initiated by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, who launched it by pressing a button in DG Khan. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz conducted the lucky draw and balloting in the presence of provincial ministers, assembly members, and local dignitaries at the Commissioner’s Office in DG Khan.

In the draw held in DG Khan, the first name drawn was of a citizen named Abdul Latif. Successful candidates will receive their first loan instalment by September 15. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz congratulated the individuals who succeeded in the drawing.

Those successful in the drawing can take out loans up to 1.5 million rupees, with a monthly installment of 14,000 rupees over 7 years. The “Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme” will prove to be Pakistan’s largest project, stated Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

In Lahore on September 5, the regular launch of the program was marked by a lucky draw and Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme Draws and Quraa Andazi acag.punjab.gov.pk across all districts. In Dera Ghazi Khan, 185 applicants were successful while in DG Khan the first name drawn was Abdul Latif, followed by Muhammad Azam, Madiha Qadir, and Abdul Sattar as other lucky individuals. A total of 1778 people applied for the program in Dera Ghazi Khan. The successful candidates will receive their first loan instalment by September 15. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz wished success to those who were successful in the program.

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz stated that the “Apni Chat Apna Ghar” program will be the biggest in the history of Pakistan. They aim to provide homes to 100,000 people every year. In this scheme, there will be no recommendations, and everyone will get loans based on merit. The monthly instalment of the loan will not exceed the rent amount. Those who take a loan of 1.5 million will also have to pay only up to 14,000 monthly. The principal amount is to be repaid over seven years. In the city, plot owners of up to 5 marlas and in rural areas up to 10 marlas can take the loan.

ڈی جی خان میں ہونیوالی قرعہ اندازی میں پہلا نام عبدالطیف نامی شہری کا نکلا،کامیاب افراد کو 15ستمبر تک قرض کی پہلی قسط مل جائے گی
وزیراعلیٰ مریم نوازشریف کی اپنی چھت اپنا گھر پروگرام کی قرعہ اندازی میں کامیاب افراد کو مبارکباد
قرعہ اندازی میں کامیاب افراد کو 15لاکھ تک قرض لینے پر 7سال میں 14ہزار روپے ماہانہ کی قسط ادا کرنی ہوگی

اپنا گھر پروگرام کے لئے تمام اضلاع میں قرعہ اندازی،وزیر اعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف نے ڈیرہ غازیخان میں قرعہ اندازی کرکے اپنی چھت اپنا گھر پروگرام کا باقاعدہ آغازکر دیا۔وزیر اعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف نے صوبائی وزرا، ارکان اسمبلی، ٹکٹ ہولڈرز اور مقامی عمائدین کی موجودگی میں قرعہ اندازی کے لئے بٹن دبائے۔ڈیرہ غازی خان میں اپنی چھت۔۔ اپنا گھر پراجیکٹ کے لئے قرعہ اندازی میں 185 درخواست گزار کامیاب قرارپائے جبکہ ڈی جی خان میں پہلا نام عبداللطیف نامی شہری کا نکلا،دوسرا نام محمد اعظم، تیسرا مدیحہ قادر اور چوتھے خوش نصیب عبد الستار تھے۔ ڈیرہ غازیخان میں 1778 -افراد نے اپنی چھت۔۔اپنا گھر پروگرام کے لئے اپلائی کیا۔قرعہ اندازی میں کامیاب افراد کو 15-ستمبر تک قرض کی پہلی قسط مل جائے گی۔وزیر اعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف نے اپنی چھت۔۔ اپنا گھر پروگرام میں کامیاب افراد کو مبارکباد دی۔وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نوازشریف نے کہا کہ اپنی چھت اپنا گھر پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سب سے پڑا پروگرام ثابت ہوگا۔ہر سال ایک لاکھ افراد کو گھر دینے کا ہدف پورا کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ ”اپنی چھت۔۔۔۔ اپنا گھر”سکیم میں کوئی سفارش نہیں،سب کو میرٹ پر قرض ملے گا۔قرض کی ماہانہ قسط کرائے کی رقم سے زیادہ نہیں ہوگی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ 15 لاکھ قرض لینے والے کو بھی ماہانہ 14 ہزار تک ہی ادا کرنے ہوں گے۔ سات سال میں اصل رقم ہی ادا کرنا ہوگی۔ شہر میں 5مرلے اور دیہات میں 10- مرلہ تک پلاٹ مالکان قرض لے سکیں گے۔ سینئر منسٹر مریم اورنگزیب، صوبائی وزیر اطلاعات و ثقافت عظمی زاہد بخاری، صوبائی وزراء شیر علی گورچانی، رانا سکندر حیات، معاون خصوصی ذیشان ملک،ارکان اسمبلی، چیف سیکرٹری، ہوم سیکرٹری، ایڈیشنل چیف سیکریٹری، ایڈیشنل آئی جی ساؤتھ، کمشنر، ڈی سی اور دیگر حکام بھی موجود تھے۔
