• The applicant should be recognized as the primary family member according to NADRA’s records.
• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab, as shown on their CNIC.

Execution Models for 100,000 Housing Units

In the big model there are 70,000 housing units. This model offers interest-free loans for house construction through a revolving fund, targeting residents of Punjab. Eligibility requires possessing a residential plot up to 5 marlas in urban or 10 marlas in rural areas. Applicants can apply via the ACAG’s website. The maximum loan amount is 1.5 million, repayable over 7 years in monthly instalments. The amount of one instalment will be 14000 Per month. Funds are disbursed in tranches, and the revolving fund is sustained by repayments. The Government of Punjab covers operational costs and sales tax.
